Meghan Axtman Wins the Second Annual InsurTech Scholarship
Congratulations to Meghan Axtman, a senior at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, on winning the 2017-2018 InsurTech Scholarship.
Carrollton, Texas – Tuesday, October 10, 2017 –
Insurance Technologies Corporation (ITC), a provider of agency marketing, rating and management software and services, announced today Meghan Axtman is the recipient of the 2017-2018 InsurTech Scholarship.
Axtman, a full-time student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, won the $1,000 scholarship prize for her excellent academic accomplishments and enthusiasm for pursuing a career in the insurance industry.

Applicants submitted a 1,500-word essay about the impact technology will have on the insurance industry during the next five years.
Axtman is a senior studying economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a member of the Women in Economics Club. Axtman expects to graduate with her bachelor’s degree in May 2018 and hope to work as an underwriter.
